231/2001 Model
Since 2016, ALA has adopted the 231/2001 Organization, Management and Risk Control Model in compliance with the provisions of national and international regulations.
An integral part of Model 231/2001 is the Code of Ethics, which expresses the principles, shared values, and rules of behaviour in which the Company is reflected, as well as the commitments and responsibilities underlying its way of doing business.
In addition to the Code of Ethics, the 231/2001 Model also includes the regulations of the Supervisory Board and the Disciplinary System that details the sanctions provided for violations of the Model Itself, thus identifying potential risks at all stages of the supply chain process.
In 2021, ALA SpA, ALA Germany and ALA North America
obtained Trace Certification attesting the use of
international procedures and best practices for
the prevention of corruption offenses, in accordance with
the main regulations applicable in the countries where it operates.
As a demonstration of its commitment to conducting its business
in an ethical and transparent manner,
ALA has since 2018 been certified with the Legality Rating.
In 2023, the Antitrust Authority gave ALA a three-star rating, corresponding to the maximum score indicative of its respect for law and the degree of attention paid to the proper management of the business.
In July 2023 ALA the Cerved Rating Agency, rating agency
specialized in assessing the creditworthiness of
Italian non-financial companies, assigns to ALA S.p.A.
a major upgrade in public rating from B1.1 to A3.1.
ALA is qualified as a company with solid fundamentals and a good ability to meet financial commitments, with low credit risk.
ALA is also an Authorized Economic Operator (AEO).
This status certifies that the company is reliable, efficient and in compliance with international trade regulations, financially solid, and has not been subject to serious customs disputes.
AEO certification distinguishes ALA in positive terms from other economic operators.
